Latest Casino Bonuses (LCB) announced today that the company has purchased the World Casino Directory in a recently concluded deal. The acquisition adds one of the top land-based casino information resources as well as World Casino News to the growing network’s family of services.

According to the announcement, users of the directory will be able to continue to enjoy use of the Directory with no interruption in services and LCB intends to continue the World Casino Directory’s original mission over time, while seamlessly integrating it into their existing network which includes The Wizard of Odds.

LCB owner, Joshua Chan said, “My team at LCB have big plans for the site and are very excited to build on what Bernard [Richter] and his team have already done.”

The acquisition is another in an expanding stream of additions to the LCB network. LCB was founded by Joshua Chan in 2006, who went on to create Casinolistings.com with a partner the next year. In 2009 Chan launched three more sites, with additional websites added in 2011 and 2012.

The company reached an industry milestone in February 2013. After being shortlisted several times, LCB was awarded the prestigious ‘Best Casino Affiliate’ site of the year at the iGB Affiliate Awards, held in London. The accolade was repeated in 2014 along with the title of ‘Best Overall Affiliate’.

The network expansion continued in 2014 with the acquisition of OnlineBlackjack.com and the 7,000-page GamesandCasino.com website. In September, the legendary Michael Shackleford (Wizard of Odds) reached a deal with Chan to convey all three of his websites; Wizard of Odds, Wizard of Vegas, and Wizard of Macau integrating nearly 20 years of work from the industry’s go-to guy who stayed on as a full-time advisor and writer.
